Integrated Labels.

Integrated labels have a self-adhesive laminate patch affixed to the reverse of the sheet with a precision die-cut. This creates a document (usually A4 but it can be any other size), which can be laser or inkjet personalised on the letter section and the label in one process. Integrated labels are also referred to as ‘Shipping Labels’, ‘Integral Labels’, or ‘Peel Out’ labels.

Integrated Cards.

Integrated cards are the same as integrated labels, but instead of using a self-adhesive sticker, you can choose a paper backing sheet that includes a laminated card. In addition to the standard peel-out card format, there are a variety of other card styles: 

Duo-Cards

This is a double card with clear laser laminate to the face and a self-adhesive laminate on the reverse. This enables the document to be personalised in one pass on the face and reverse of the card, before it is peeled away from the sheet, folded and stuck together to form a double thickness card.

Dualam Cards

These clever self-laminating cards are perfect for ID cards and travel passes.  As with all integrated forms, the document and card can be personalised as normal. The card is peeled out of the sheet and then placed back into a secondary laminate, which encapsulates the card (along with any data underneath) within the laminate. Simply push it out of the sheet to form a highly secure card.  A photograph can also be added to this product to be secured within the card during the encapsulation process.

Pop-Out Cards

These are very similar to the standard peel-out cards but also allow the reverse of the card to be personalised. The card pushes out of the sheet rather than peeling out.
