Jim Richardson

Managing Director of Integrity Communications Group Security Print Division

Jim has over 30 years’ experience in the Security Print Sector, he has worked at all levels of management in both sales and operations and has been the MD at A1 for over 20 years.

Outside of work Jim has a real passion for the countryside, he loves to go fishing with his three boys when they’re not looking after livestock on their small holding.

Tony Pullen

Divisional Commercial Director

Tony has over 25 years’ experience in security printing and integrated documents. He heads up the UK sales team and works closely with our diverse client base to help develop and deliver their secure document projects.

Tony is a keen runner and hiker and enjoys walks in the Peak District with his family.

Wayne Thompson

Divisional IT Director

Wayne has over 15 years industry experience in Technology, Secure Print, Information Security Compliance and Software Development. He has upgraded, managed and maintained ISMS systems, networks and applications to ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus levels of compliance. Wayne now manages a team of highly skilled IT experts who specialise in an array of IT disciplines.

Outside of work he likes to travel and visit new destinations.

Bally Bahia

Client Services Manager

Bally has over 20 years’ experience in account and project management. Her responsibilities include managing several key accounts, nurturing those key relationships, and working closely with clients to ensure their requirements are understood and met in a timely manner.

Bally likes spending time with her daughters Henna and Sabrina, with their busy careers, Bally entices them with mums’ authentic home cooking. Bally is a social butterfly and enjoys quality time with her friends and family.

Lee Richardson

Factory Manager

Lee has over 35 years’ experience with A1 having had many roles from warehousing and procurement to his current position as Factory Manager.

Outside work Lee and Deb (his wife of 36 years) are busy walking the dog and helping with 9 Grandchildren as well as currently renovating their new home.

Craig Barnett

Planning Manager

Craig has over 20 years experience in the Security Print sector. He started his career at A1 Security Print directly after leaving school. Craig has worked in various departments within A1, this gives him a perfect understanding of all the production methods used, making him an ideal planning manager.

Craig is a proud father of three and a keen footballer. He often spends his weekends attending grassroots football events with his children as well as playing himself.

Ian Woodhouse

Planning Manager

Ian has worked in the printing industry for 25 years. At A1 as the Planning Manager he ensures work is processed through the factory in the most efficient manner to meet customers delivery dates.

Away from work he enjoys Running, Sports & collecting Retro Video Games.

Dave Bissell

Business Development Manager

Dave is the Business Development Manager and has 38 years experience In the printing trade. Dave started his life in print as a buyer before holding positions as sales manager and managing director.

Outside of print Dave enjoys all sports especially football and horse racing and socialising with family and friends.

Dawn Garton

Payroll & HR Manager

As a Human Resources professional Dawn believes that employees are the heart of the business and it’s vital that a culture is created in which they can thrive and succeed.

A key part of her role is to ensure there are clear policies reflecting fairness and consistency which mirror both people values and wellbeing. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and being outdoors.

Nick Smith

International Business Development Director

Nick has over 30 years’ experience in security printing and project management. He is the prime contact for international clients working consultatively to assist in the development of technical specifications that are compliant with regulations and legislation.

International business travel tends to be from airport to hotel to client meetings with little opportunity to see the country. So Nick also likes to travel with his family to properly explore far flung destinations.

Matt Hazlehurst

Account Executive

Matt is a recent addition to A1 and has enjoyed his near 2 years working in Sales learning all the necessary requirements from the vast managerial experience A1 affords. His proficiency has enabled him to direct the Secure Voucher division of Sales and he has utilised his communication skills to offer a good customer service.

Outside of work Matt loves to watch and support West Bromwich Albion.

Tony Hodgkinson

Studio Manager

With over 20 years in digital design and print, 9 of those at A1, Tony has extensive experience in delivering high level security design work to satisfy customers around the world.

In his spare time, Tony loves to paint pop-culture inspired canvases, go on camping holidays, and spend time with his family.

Stuart Barber

Account Manager

Stuart has over 20 years experience in various areas in the print industry including 8 years in security print as an account manager.

Outside of work Stuart enjoys keeping fit and having the misfortune of supporting Aston Villa.

Sherice Venables

Operations Administrator

Sherice started as an agency worker 9 years ago and has worked her way up from the shop floor, to machine operator, and to her current role as Operations Administrator.

Her main role is despatching all goods that come through the business securely. This includes getting a variety of paperwork ready for Domestic and Export shipments.

Away from work she enjoys family time watching her son play football with her partner & Shar Pei pup. Sherice also enjoys keeping fit by learning new skipping skills that she’s developed over the last year or so.
