We have an exciting new opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join the Sales Team at A1SP.
Position:
Account Manager
Main purpose of role:
The Account Manager is a key member of the Sales Team and reports to the Sales Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be assigned key customer accounts to manage on a day-to-day basis.
- To be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and develop strong working relationships with the customer with a view to increasing sales levels.
- To produce accurate sales estimates for customer enquiries and to proactively monitor and follow-up sales enquiries to maximise sales levels.
- To identify new sales opportunities within the customer and work with the Sales Manager to develop them.
- To generate Works Instructions for any orders received to pass on the Operations Team.
- To liaise with the Operations Team to ensure customer delivery schedule expectations are met.
- To manage and resolve any conflicts with the customer.
- To assist other members of the Sales Team, especially during periods of holiday or absence.

To maintain good and co-operative relationships with colleagues involved in other aspects of
the business or operations in order to promote strong teamwork and co-operation across the
Company to meet business objectives.
Training & Flexibility
To undertake training as required by the Company related to the maintenance of a highly
skilled, capable and flexible workforce.
Health & Safety
To ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to and that work is conducted in a
safe manner.
Information Security
To ensure that Information Security procedures are followed in line with ISO 27001.

To ensure that Quality procedures are followed in line with ISO 9001.

Benefits
- 40 Hours per week: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with 1/2 break.
- 26 days annual holiday plus all statutory bank holidays.

Salary
Depending on knowledge and experience.
