A1 Security Print Ltd is pleased to announce that we are the first Security Printer to be accredited ‘Investors in Diversity for Small Business’ by the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD).

The Company had to demonstrate that it is committed to the core principles of FREDIE. Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement in its everyday activities.During the last year, we have engaged with key customers, suppliers, senior managers, and all employees.

We had a complete review of our policies & procedures as well as training for all of our senior managers on key principles of Freddie.

The National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) has given us a greater understanding around diversity and inclusion and helped us have a more engaged workforce than ever before.

We believe it is the right thing to do, but we also believe a diverse organisation with motivated employees makes commercial sense and will make us better able to serve our customer’s needs.

For more information feel free to contact: Jim Richardson, Managing Director or Dawn Garton, HR Manager.
