Integrated Cards

Integrated cards refer to documents which have a card integrated into them that is able to be peeled off or popped out. This allows the recipient to receive the card with the relevant documents much more securely and efficiently, avoiding any loss between the document and card and providing much more information and insight when receiving the card. These cards can be used for a number of reasons such as membership cards, student identity cards, travel passes, business cards, promotional and discount cards and many more.

Bespoke Integrated Products

Duo-Cards These types of cards have clear laser laminate to the face and a self-adhesive laminate on the back. They can be personalised in one step on both the front and back of the card before it is peeled off the sheet, folded, and adhered to create a double-thick card. This product can also have a window die-cut into it so that a picture can be glued inside and sealed when the card is folded over. Dualam Cards After being removed from the sheet, dualam cards are reinserted into a secondary laminate, which encloses it and any underlying data. Simply push the dualam card out of the sheet to create a card that is extremely secure. These cards have much room for customisation, as with all the connected forms. Additionally, a picture can be included with this product and secured inside the card during the encapsulation process. ID cards and boarding permits are ideal for these innovative self-laminating cards.

Peel-Out Cards An efficient low-cost type of integrated card. They are designed to be personalised to the face only and simply peel out of the prime document. Pop-Out Cards As the name suggests these cards are able to be pushed out of the sheet rather than peeling out. These are similar to the standard peel-out cards but they also allow personalisation on both sides of the card, providing more room for branding and customisation on your product.
