Streamlined Verification & Track and Trace

Printing barcodes, QR codes and encrypted QR codes is a critical process in many sectors that depend on accurate and effective data tracking. It makes it possible to gather and process data quickly and reliably, which can increase productivity and decrease errors. We produce a wide range of documents and products incorporating sequential barcodes and QR codes for track and trace and verification.

Barcoded Documents

  1. Returns Labels - Online retailers frequently employ integrated returns labels, which feature a peel-out label with a distinctive barcode to monitor and identify a shipment throughout the returns process. We can create these in accordance with postal service and courier specifications.
  2. Courier Calling Cards - Barcoded calling cards are used by postal services and courier companies. If they can't deliver a package when they get to a property, they will leave a calling card in the letterbox that has a unique barcode on it. This barcode is connected to that specific consignment and makes it possible to plan and monitor the re-delivery or collection.
  3. Certificates - QR codes or encrypted QR codes are commonly included on school and professional certificates to verify their credentials. We provide software solutions to allow awarding bodies to manage and authenticate each certificate.

Barcoded Books and Pads

  1. Laboratory Forms - These documents, which are widely used in the pharmaceutical sector and by the NHS, frequently come in multiple-part NCR sets with peel-off labels. The individually barcoded labels are placed on samples or test tubes to serve as a distinctive identifier for that specific sample. These labels can be tamper-evident and frequently contain special adhesives for use in freezer and refrigerator environments.
  2. Aircraft Tech Log and Flight Logs - Airlines are required to keep specific technical logs prior to each flight. These are usually in the format of NCR pads or books that have a special barcode and numbering system that enable each flight to be uniquely identifiable.
  3. Financial Documents - Banks and financial institutions use barcodes and QR codes to trace payment and procurement processes. We produce payment orders and other financial documents to assist with tracking and authentication.
