Notary Legalization and Certification Stickers and Secure Printers

Our Client: Turkmenistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Turkmenistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a central executive body that implements foreign policy activities and regulates the system of diplomatic service of Turkmenistan. The central government institution is required by law to verify and legalise official documents. Verification had previously been performed using a standard rubber stamp and signature. However, this method is open to potential forgery and counterfeiting, undermining the verification process and causing revenue loss.

The A1SP Solution:

In 2020 A1SP teamed up with Belli Creative Studio, a digital pioneer in Turkmenistan, to develop and implement a complete solution to secure the legalization process.

The rubber stamp was replaced with a secure tamper evident sticker that incorporates multiple layers of overt, covert and forensic security features to protect against counterfeiting and forgery. These include a bespoke coat of arms hologram, numismatic Ministry emblem and complex design features, micro-printing, as well as invisible, heat sensitive and taggant inks.

Belli Creative Studio developed the sticker personalisation software to digitise the process and application a QR Code for immediate verification and traceability.

Adding a further layer of security to the process, the sticker format was designed to suit the technical requirements of TROY secure printers. The printers are physically secure, with lockable trays to prevent pilferage of basestock stickers, and personalise the data in both visible and invisible inks.

Working together, Belli Creative Studio, A1SP and TROY have been able to develop and implement an effective and secure solution that is available at Turkmenistan Embassies around the world.

A1SP collaborate with organisations’ worldwide to determine the most suitable solution for their unique requirement and provide a long term strategic partnerships, working on the principles of the cornerstones of our business: Quality, Security, Innovation and Customer Service.
